Oracle CRM On Demand provides subscription-based CRM for sales, service, marketing, and contact-center operations along with analytics. It supports mobile access and the ability to integrate via web services. This is the SaaS version of the Siebel product. Oracle also offers the Oracle Siebel CRM, an on-premise application. Businesses can implement both and link them using the Oracle Application Integration Architecture and Oracle Fusion Middleware.
