Product Overview

NetDocuments is an on-line repository for documents that can be accessed from desktop application to edit, create, and save documents. Documents can be shared and access controls used to limit access. NetDocuments lets users collaborate in threaded discussions and can be notified of changes to documents and discussions. Users can also collaborate via NetBinders and by allowing external users access to certain folders and/or client-centric workspaces.
